Client Relationship Manager
As a Client Relationship Manager, Lisa is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with a number of Indesser clients. Lisa works with the broader Indesser and TDX teams to ensure contractual and relationship obligations are fulfilled and to a high standard.
Joining the Indesser team in May 2021, Lisa maintains a strong and effective day-to-day relationship between Indesser and our government clients to solidify customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Indesser, Lisa spent 6 years at Experian in various client facing roles in a similarly regulated environment including Service Operations Manager, Client Service Manager and Head of Mid-Markets Client Support.
