Paul Verner

Chief Executive Officer (Interim)

An accomplished and experienced business leader, Paul is proficient in driving business growth and expansion across multiple industries and sectors, from start ups to SMEs and global enterprises. Paul joined TDX Group in 2007 helping to build and sustain major relationships such as British Gas, Vodafone and Sky until 2012. After a period at Capita where, amongst other activities, he worked with entities in the Middle East to modernise and innovate debt recovery policies and practices, he returned to TDX Group in 2014 to restructure and reinvigorate the new business function. During this period, new partnerships in the private sector were formed and expansion was achieved through new areas such as financial services.

At the start of 2018 Paul joined Indesser as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) bringing his private sector business growth capabilities to the public sector. As CCO Paul was responsible for growing the Debt Market Integrator government framework from 15 to 56 clients. In September 2019, Paul joined the Indesser board as a shadow director, and became an Executive Director on 1 January 2020. In June 2020 Paul moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for all client relationships, operational and technological aspects of the business. He also leads on the overall service, governance, contractual and commercial interactions with UK Government via Crown Commercial Service.#

In March 2021, began his role as Interim CEO.
