The Indesser team are hosting a number of roundtable events at venues across the UK to help central and local government organisations share ideas and share ideas, network and engage in in-depth discussions on a variety of topics.

Our roundtables will bring the public sector together with industry experts to help tackle the biggest issues they face in debt and fraud.

Vulnerability 2020

Treating vulnerable people fairly is an increasingly high priority for any public sector organisation involved in debt recovery. We are inviting local authorites to join their peers and share ideas in open debate.

Vulnerability 2019

In October 2019, we hosted a vulnerability roundtable in Nottingham where over 40 central and local government organisations came together with the FCA, Money Advice Trust and our own experts to discuss ways to improve how the public sector deal with vulnerable customers in debt.
