Get involved in one of our 2020 Vulnerability roundtables
Treating vulnerable people fairly is an increasingly high priority for any public sector organisation involved in debt recovery.
Our Vulnerability 2020 roundtables, are free-to-attend events organised by Indesser for local authorities from across the UK to join your peers and help the public sector come together to address the issue of vulnerability.
Our first event in Nottingham on February 26 is exclusively for local authorities and offers a unique opportunity to network with like-minded council executives. Don't worry if you can't make this date, we are planning another in London in March 2020 too.
Offering expert advice on dealing with vulnerability
Experts from Cabinet Office, Money Advice Trust and local councils will be presenting and we will be encouraging everyone to share their own experiences in a relaxed roundtable format.
Indesser's own experts will be offering advice on the tools you can use to help identify vulnerable customers and improve outcomes in debt recovery.
