Indesser’s Debt Recovery Services – Information for Consumers
Indesser is the trading name of Integrated Debt Services Ltd (Indesser). Indesser does not work directly with consumers as we solely provide business services to creditors. All of the personal consumer information that we process as part of providing these services remains under the legal control and ownership of Indesser’s creditor clients (the “Data Controller”). Any requests relating to the data we hold about you should be made directly to the organisation who you owe money to.

Through our marketing and support activities, we collect personal data about you in the following ways:
- Personal and Business Contact information, such as your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, job title, and employer’s name;
- Feedback and correspondence, such as customer support or otherwise correspondence with us;

Where we share data with suppliers and business partners, these organisations are certified to internationally recognised security standards such as ISO27001 and are subject to annual independent oversight.

We do not disclose, share or sell the personal data that you provide to us with other organisations.
All personal data for marketing purposes is held within the EEA.
Indesser will retain your marketing permissions for the period of time we believe appropriate to the type of permission you originally provided and the channel for marketing activity unless you instruct us not to.
