Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy underlines our commitment to deliver Social Value.

Starting November 16th 2020 the Indesser team plan to embark upon a virtual sponsored walk from Land's End to John o’Groats.

LEJOG Charity Walk

We're delighted to kick off a brand new fundraising activity to raise much needed funds for a local good cause, close to our Nottingham office. Emmanuel House is a local charity who supports the most vulnerable citizens without prejudice or judgement in order to tackle isolation, vulnerability and homelessness.

Our small Indesser team plan to cover a total distance of 855 miles by the end of 2020, by completing a virtual walk of the length of Britain via Indesser’s office in Nottingham. Every step we take aims to make the community in which we operate a better place.

We have set an ambitious fundraising target to raise enough money to enable Emmanuel House to provide meals for everyone in their shelter for at least one month. But we hope for more. You can help by donating via our JustGiving page using the link below.

Indesser are committed to offering volunteering days to any of our team who would like to volunteer to be ‘super trekkers’ by committing to a minimum of 20 miles in a day challenge.

Keep an eye on our LinkedIn page, for regular updates on how our team are progressing on our virtual walk.

Find out more about Emmanuel House

Emmanuel House strives to provide diverse and accessible services that meet basic needs and empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives to reduce homelessness in the city of Nottingham.

They welcome about 60 people each weekday and 40 people on Saturdays and Sundays and services over 70 hot meals a day. They provide basic services such as hot drinks, showers, a laundry facility and access to clean, dry clothes.

As a local charity, they are reliant on the goodwill of individuals, businesses and groups for financial support and for £60 they can provide meals for everyone in the shelter for a day. It's our aim to raise enough to provide enough for a month of meals.
