Digital Debt Gateway can add capacity and expertise to the processing of your entire debt portfolio or just to specific debt types or segments. This enables you to send harder-to-recover debts to Indesser whilst retaining those that appear easier to recover for in-house processing.
Similarly, Digital Debt Gateway can be used at various stages of your debt recovery process. For example, you could use it pre-enforcement to reduce the number of cases passed to Enforcement Agents, or post-enforcement to make a final attempt to recover aged debts prior to write-off.
How it works
Digital Debt Gateway enables you to upload spreadsheets of debt cases on an ad-hoc or regular basis. It then enriches your debts with additional data from key sources, segments it and passes the results to one of our specialist DCAs, all of which are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Each of these DCAs is carefully selected and managed to ensure the optimal level of debt recovery whilst, at all times, treating customers fairly. All debt recovered is then returned to you on a weekly basis.
At all times, we ensure that you are fully informed of all activity undertaken on each account, enabling you to interact directly with the DCAs to raise or resolve queries.
